My wife ordered the flowers on line. The original cost of the flowers was $98.95, but the final cost was $141.88. The final cost included $9.95 for a memorial tree (which she did not know she ordered) and a $24.95 service fee. The flowers were nice, but the final cost was obviously a surprise.

Flowers arrived in plenty of time. The arrangement was much better than I expected. It had been adjusted to look more like a spray, with a background of greens. I had asked if a few roses could be added (which I said I would pay for), and although the rep could not guarantee this, they were added. I was more than pleased with the service, price, delivery and floral arrangement. Based on my experience

A nice selection of arrangements are available in multiple price ranges. Be aware that fees and tax add a substantial amount to the order. Also, note carefully that the Plant A Tree option is added AUTOMATICALLY to your order. Though it can be removed it is easy to miss it (since I didn't select it and was not expecting it). A more customer friendly approach would be to have it as Opt-in rather than requiring the customer to Opt-out.

I am always a little apprehensive when ordering flowers from an outfit that I have never used before. However, my story has a Happy ending. They delivered exactly what I ordered and it was on time. The only thing to watch is there was a small check box that was preselected requesting the a tree be planted in honor of the deceased for $10.00. I missed that but when I contacted them they quickly removed it and credited my account. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We found that having the flower information as part of the death notice by the funeral home was extremely helpful in selecting and arranging for a tribute for the funeral of a friend. This service eliminated having to search for a local florist and then making arrangements for the flowers. what I ordered I did not receive. The deceased loved lilies and carnations and her favorite color was red. I thought I nailed it with the above photo. The flowers that came were completely different. We was in shock when we saw our really small flowers. The description said it was 20" x 20" it was less than a foot. Pictures shows a lot of flowers and it was mostly greenery. Very disappointed. We paid over $100.00 and it looked like a $20.00 vase of flowers. We will never buy there again.
